I believe that sport should be an essential part for everybody's live. Moving your body helps you to stay fit and agile. It doesn't really matter which kind of sport you are doing, the main point is that you do it regularly basis.

But most of the sports like jogging, hiking, cycling or playing tennis neglect on essential aspect and this is stretching. For keeping the mobility of your mussels it is essential to do stretching exercises as an addition to your regular movement activity.

Honestly, I don't enjoy regular stretching exercises, but I know it is important for my body. Having some guidance during stretching and also seeing the absolved stretching exercise helps me to do it really on a regular basis.

So, for making my life - and of cause also your life - a little bit easier I developed xStretch.

The intuitive user interface guides you through your stretching program wherever you are. All stretching exercise cycles follow the same exercise cycle. For a detailed description see Stretching Exercise Cycle

For easier guidance during your stretching exercise cycles xStretch supports a vibration scheme. This helps you to keep your stretching rhythm during the exercise even if you can't see the display.
