Using a common structure for the stretching exercise cycles simplifies the process of execution. Therefore, I separated the stretching exercise cycle in to several phases.

Exercise Cycle
Start phase
The start phase allows you to bring yourself in an appropriate position for starting the stretching exercise.
Prepare left side phase
During the prepare phase you can prepare for executing the left sided version of the stretching exercise.
Static left side stretching phase
The first part of the left sided stretching exercise is the static is indented to be done by performing static stretching.
Dynamic left side stretching phase
The second part of the left sided stretching exercise is the static is indented to be done by performing dynamic stretching.
Prepare for side change and right side phase
During the prepare phase you can prepare for executing the right sided version of the stretching exercise.
Static right side stretching phase
The first part of the right sided stretching exercise is the static is indented to be done by performing static stretching.
Dynamic right side stretching phase
The second part of the right sided stretching exercise is the static is indented to be done by performing dynamic stretching.
Finish phase
